Congratulations to Pipe Dream II

Again this year we are proud to have as our lead boat, the spectacular Pipe Dream II. This boat, owned by Jimmie and Virginia Shea of New Iberia is a 60’, three deck houseboat. Not only do they bring their beautiful houseboat to the parade, but their company, The Bayou Companies of New Iberia, was one of our first Admiral sponsors, the highest level of sponsorship.

But more than that, we are excited to announce that their houseboat, the Pipe Dream II was featured in a nationally syndicated Houseboat magazine for the November issue. The article goes into detail about the fire that ostensibly destroyed their boat. But no, these two stalwarts of iron flesh decided to rebuild and the legacy of the Pipe Dream II continues.
